1. About the service

e-invite.page ("the Service", "we", "us") provides hosted invitation websites with RSVP and guest-management features for weddings, birthdays, debuts, and other events. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Event organizers sign in with a Google account or an email invitation we issue. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the text, photos, and event details you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display that content solely to operate your invitation website. You confirm you have the right to share any content you upload, including photos of other people.

4. Guest data

RSVP responses submitted by your guests are made available to you as the event organizer. You agree to use guest data only for organizing your event, and not to sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• No spam: send your invitation link to people who expect to hear about your event.
• No attempts to disrupt, probe, or overload the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep invitation sites available through your event date, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Invitation sites for past events may be archived or removed after the event.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting us. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
